The German website "Mein Gutscheincode" offers free vouchers (in German: Gutschein) for hundreds of German online-shops.

Overall, offering free shopping vouchers to users is not a new concept for a website. Nonetheless, the site, which just went online today, does have great graphics, an overall modern style, cool illustrations and, of course, clean W3C-conform XHTML/CSS.
