11 Websites to Promote your Design News - Part 2
Since my first Post: 19 Websites to Promote your Design News and the tutorial : Hack Together a User Contributed Link Feed with WordPress Comments (Nettuts.com). Lots of websites use now a "community news" section.
So to continue the promotion of your Design news. You can submit them in these 11 websites.
Steven Snell (Vandelay) recently launched DesignM.ag, which includes his articles on design and freelancing, community news, and a design gallery.
I 've received 300 visitors from DesignM.ag in 7 days for my news : July's Best : 15 CSS Design on CssLeak
It's the blog of Gomedia, they 've got 8600+ RSS readers. All links must be design or art related. Such as: Tutorials, Articles, Resources, Inspiration

Loon Design is a blog made to showcase some of the best Photoshop and Illustrator tutorials by Kai Loon.
There is AudioTuts too, but less for the Design News :).
PSD learning was started on the 13th of June 2008. It migrated from a sub-domain of blogspot.com under the name Tutorials4Photoshop which was started a month earlier.
My new collection of Photoshop Brushes. Brush king accept only news about Photoshop resources.

Knowtebook is dedicated to web-developers and designers. It is a community about design, ideas, web trends, technology & more.
